North American Orders
We ship to North America using USPS and FedEx Ground or FedEx Express.
International Orders
If you would like to ship to European Union, Australia, or Asia, please email us for a shipping quote. We will ship international orders by USPS International Express. International orders usually arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Wholesale Orders
If you are a wholesaler interested our wonderful plastic pink flamingos, please contact us at sales@plastic-flamingos.com to discuss your options.

Our Return Policy
|
Your satisfaction with our products is our number-one goal! If after receiving your item you determine that it was not what you expected, simply contact us by email (sales@plastic-flamingos.com) within 30 days of the original item delivery date for a return authorization number and return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will verify the item's condition and issue a refund. In order to qualify for a full product refund, the item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original retail box with all parts, accessories, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
* Used Flamingos and Lawn Ornaments
* Holiday Lawn Ornaments (after the holiday)
Defective Items Policy:
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item delivery date. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. To exchange a defective item, please contact us by email(sales@plastic-flamingos.com) within 30 days of the original item delivery date for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Plastic-Flamingos.com will reimburse customers for shipping costs incurred for returning orders containing shipment packing errors made by US. Return shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by Plastic-Flamingos.com for shipping that item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Privacy Policy

www.Plastic-Flamingos.com respects the privacy and security needs of it's customers. Our online store offers secure (SSL) encrypted transactions so our customers can safely provide credit card and other confidential information over the internet.
www.Plastic-Flamingos.com does not sell or share customer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses with third parties. We will email customers with order tracking information and other important order information. We will occasionally contact our customers by email to inform them of special promotions, sales, product information and new products. Customers will have the option of opting out of our contact list at any time by following the removal directions found at the bottom of such emails.
Customer phone numbers are requested for order verification and other order related issues. We will not use customer phone numbers for telemarketing purposes.
1) Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
2) Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days.
3) Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.
